Esperanza En Escalante has the following programs:
VA Grant and Per Diem Bridge Housing Program – provides transitional housing and case management.
VA Grant and Per Diem Hospital to Housing (Respite Care) – provides respite care.
VA Grant and Per Diem Service – Intensive Transitional Housing – provides transitional housing and supportive services
Case Management Housing Choice Program for Homeless Veterans – provides permanent supportive housing.
EEE Supportive I Permanent Supportive Housing – provides permanent supportive housing.
Housing Choice Program for Homeless Veterans provides scattered site housing is supported by Project Based Housing Choice Vouchers. EEE Supportive I Permanent Supportive Housing operates an apartment complex with 44 one-bedroom apartment units, out of which, 40 are supported with project based Housing Choice vouchers.

Housing Choice Program for Homeless Veterans – must be homeless, income qualify and pass the City of Tucson Housing Choice qualifying process.
EE Supportive I Permanent Supportive Housing – must pass the City of Tucson’s screening process.
