Provides permanent supportive housing with a capacity of 32 one bedroom units
NEW DIRECTIONS SEPULVEDA I & II
Provides 147 studio apartment units for permanent housing and includes 50 PB-VASH units.
Provides supportive services, on-site manager, communal kitchen, dining hall, recreational activities, community room and courtyard.
BURBANK BUNGALOWS
Provides permanent supportive housing in 11 one-bedroom apartments.
Family Services
Individual, group and family counseling. Case management, advocacy, education on VA benefits, Military Sexual Trauma, Brain Injury, PTSD and more; legal support, drug counseling and 12-step meetings, referrals to treatment centers, family reunification program and family activities.
Legal Services : pro bono legal aid on problems such as criminal issues, prop 47 inquiries, tickets, failure to appear warrants, power of attorney, notary
Job Training and Assistance : assistance with seeking employment, how to obtain and maintain a job, short-term vocational training, custodial and culinary arts certifications. Educational evaluation and tutoring. Clothing for interviews, transportation assistance and work tools.
