Provides permanent housing through several programs:
Master-Lease Housing, Continuum of Care (Shelter Plus Care) – rental assistance and supportive services.
Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing (VASH) – housing, rental assistance and supportive service.
Galvin Apartments – 55 units facility. Providing transitional housing and running 4 different programs such as New Roads, New Horizons, APD Emergency Stabilization Housing, Fair Chance Ordinance (FCO). All of these programs provides assistance in terms of financial help, rent, stabilization and planning.
