Heartland Alliance / Residential Mental Health and Addiction Services for People Who Are Homeless provides residential program providing case management, access to benefits and entitlements, connection to primary care and dental services, psychiatric evaluation and medication, medication observation, skills and therapy groups for individuals suffering from mental illness or dual disorder, community meals varying from site to site, social activities, off-site social and cultural activities.
