Housing Opportunities-Women offers the following programs:

Housing with Short-term Support provides appropriately sized apartments, skills, assistance in obtaining income and employment retention.


Permanent Supportive Housing for People with Disabilities : subsidized housing units.


Supportive Housing for Low-income Individuals and Families : housing advocacy, case management


Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) : housing and supportive services.


Advocacy for Individuals and Families involved with DCFS : housing advocacy and crisis management.

Homeless Dedicated Prevention : crisis management, housing placement, psychological support, linkage to funding and community resources an services

Supportive services provided  are case management, employment and life skills, wellness services, referrals to mental and medical health services, assistance in accessing community health services, individual and group sobriety counseling, peer support, cooking skills on a budget, healthy shopping; children and youth services : after-school coaching, enrichment activities, Saturday teen program, summer camp and referrals.
