Emergency Food and Shelter Program (EFSP) – utility, housing or food assistance
Family Self-Sufficiency – case management, homeownership counseling, assistance with obtaining housing and employment
Kentucky Health Benefits Exchange (KHBE) – assistance with obtaining health insurance
Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) – financial assistance with heating costs
Refugee Employment Program – job training, counseling, job readiness workshops, financial assistance for transportation, vocational training and other job-related expenses, job development, employment skills, referrals and additional support services as needed
Scholarships – assistance with fees, tuition or textbooks expenses

Head Start
Provides child development programs, education, comprehensive health services, disability services if needed, nutrition education, social services, development and hearing screenings, meals, parenting involvement and training opportunities
Child Care Services
Provides age appropriate education and meals

household income at or below 150% of current federal poverty guidelines
must be party responsible for costs of applicable benefit
proof of emergency
SHP:
household income at or below 125% of current federal poverty guidelines
must be homeless (living on the street or in a shelter)
Weatherization:
proof of ownership
proof of income for all household members
names and Social Security Numbers for all household members
Fuel usage information-vendor’s name, address, customer’s name and account number. Get a print out for the past 12 months if possible.
Head Start:
must meet federal poverty guidelines
child must have a up-to-date immunization record prior to admission
