Collaborative Housing Initiative
Provides permanent housing subsidies and case management. Housing retention, tenant rights and responsibility classes. Educational and vocational plans. Budgeting skills development, information about community resources, problem-solving and basic home maintenance.
Eviction Prevention Program
Provides financial assistance, crisis intervention, mediation services and referrals to additional service providers
Family Emergency Shelter
Provides emergency shelter, food, case management and support services in the areas of employment, education, physical and mental health, substance abuse, children, finances and others.
Transitional Housing Program
Provides transitional housing, intensive case management, supportive services and financial assistance aimed at helping with work, education or training expenses, housing-related start-up costs, transportation, childcare, medicine, clothing and other expenses.

must be employed/enrolled in school 40 hours/week (unless with disabilities)
