Initial needs screening, information and referrals to services
Emergency Shelter and Outreach Program
Provides meals, showers, clothing, storage and mail services. Emergency financial assistance, assistance with obtaining IDs, bus passes, street outreach
Employment Services
Provides employment training, support and placement. Day Labor program, Hope Cafe employment training lab, “There’s a Better Way” program
Housing and Rapid Re-Housing Program
Provides supportive housing, Shelter + Care, transitional housing, displaced tenant support, emergency rapid re-housing, rental assistance
Behavioral Health/Mental Health Services
Provides screening and intake services. Outreach, nursing and medication management. Assertive community treatment, residential treatment, therapy center, psychiatric social rehab and more
