Life Transformation Program
Provides housing program, a recovery program, linkage to services and benefits such as medical care, prescription assistance, counseling, life skills training, legal aid, social security benefits, assistance with obtaining identification, financial responsibility classes, employment skills training, GED training, employment and housing services. They also provide drug and alcohol recovery and support groups.
Winter Shelter
Soup Kitchen – 3 meals a day and an evening snack during weekdays, brunch, dinner and snacks on weekends. Holiday meals for Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter
Food Basket Outreach – Thanksgiving baskets with groceries and frozen turkeys
Clothing and Furniture Program – offers clothing, furniture and household goods
Street Ministry Outreach – hot breakfast, information, emotional support, linkage to services
