The Salvation Army Wilkes-Barre Pennsylvania – Adult Rehabilitation Centers (ARC) provides shelter, food, and basic needs, On-site rehabilitation program, work therapy, recreational activities and counselling, spiritual guidance, life skills training and linkage to community resources.
