Warming House- overnight shelter, meals, showers, laundry facilities, case management and transportation to school.
Single Women’s Shelter – overnight shelter, case management
Holly House – transitional housing, intensive case management, life skills training, job readiness and assistance with moving to permanent housing.
Family Stabilization Program – assistance with moving to permanent housing, case management, skills development, financial assistance in case of eviction. Program participation may last up to 1 year.
Rapid Re-Housing – subsidized housing and case management. Program participation may last up to 1 year.
Housability – subsidized housing and case management. Program participation may last until the youngest child turns 18
RISE Program – assistance with obtaining and maintaining permanent housing through financial assistance with security deposits and monthly rental assistance, landlord/tenant advocacy and case management. Program lasts for 1 year.
Pathway of Hope – referrals and case management
Dane Assists With New Starts – case management and financial assistance as well as rent support and renter advocacy
Medical Shelter – case management, medical care
MEDiC – medical care and referrals
Madison Dental Initiative – dental care
