Provides case management, outreach, referrals to community services, emergency shelter, eviction prevention, permanent housing assistance, mental health assessments, substance abuse counseling, referrals to treatment facilities, financial counseling, payee services, income stability assistance, assistance with Social Security, SSI and SSDI, assistance with MediCal health plans, meals, transportation vouchers, access to mail, telephone, computer and internet
Treasure Island Transitional Living Program
Provides transitional housing, supportive services, substance abuse services
Maceo May Apartments
Provides permanent supportive housing in apartment units, case management, 24-hour staff on-site, private rooms, common areas
Monday-Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm
Saturday-Sunday – Closed
Drop-in for new clients : Monday-Friday 8:30am – 3:30pm
