To attend these services you, or the head of the household or the spouse of the head of the family must be a veteran. Its is also required that you have a very low income and are either homeless or on the brick of homelessness. You need to have on you, all of these documentation or at least a part of them : photo ID, original DD-214, proof of income and residency (include eviction notice, shelter referral, or other documentation)
