Provides case management, linkage to local and veteran benefits as well as outreach services

The Grant Per Diem (GPD) Program
must have at least 1 day of active duty
no dishonorable discharge
must attend scheduled appointments
clean and sober at all times
Supportive Services for Veterans Families (SSVF) and HUD-VASH housing programs
must be a veteran/have a veteran in the household
must have at least 1 day of active duty
no dishonorable discharge
must meet income guidelines
