South Side Mission New Promise Center provides a residential program with 4 phases in which they are supposed to look for and secure employment, develop education and relationships, saving money, paying debts and moving in a positive direction. Each resident works with a case manager. At the end of the program the clients relocate to the missions independent living house for one year. Here they can get support from mission’s staff. Services provided are case management, psychological and medical evaluation, pastoral care, Bible study, life skills and health classes, referrals to education programs, social services and community programs.
