Permanent supportive housing program which operates 2 buildings with 6 units total.
Families First Permanent
Permanent supportive housing program providing case management and supportive services
Family First Pilot (FFP)
Provides housing vouchers through the HACC and case management
Project WISH
Rapid Re-housing program providing case management and supportive services.
Project W-Chance
Permanent supportive housing providing long-term housing assistance and case management
Project WIN
Permanent supportive housing program providing supportive services
Southland Center for Children and Families (SCCF)
Provides supportive services for those involved with DCFS or at risk of being involved with them.
Re-Entry Program
Provides case management, rental and utility assistance, transportation
The HUB
Referral network providing assistance with food, clothing, shelter and other basic needs
Culinary Arts
Provides cooking classes where individuals learn to make nutritious meals on a tight budget
