Lincoln Park Community Shelter has the following programs:
Interim Housing Community
Services provided are meals, safe living space, storage space, showers, laundry facilities.
Must call for intake appointment. Program has a waiting list. Must call each week until space is available.
Financial Literacy Program
Services provided are financial assistance for individuals moving from homelessness to permanent housing. Provides partial support with security deposits and rent.
Graduate Community is made for those guests who obtained permanent housing.
Services provided are meals, rental assistance, donated items, case management, referrals, guidance and support.
Community Engagement Program is an outreach and referral program within the community
Services provided are showers, laundry facilities, clothing items and toiletries, Sunday dinner, wellness checks.
Independent Community Living Program – permanent housing program
Residents are found through Chicago’s Central Referral System and must suffer from a disability.
On Track Program aims to address the issues of homelessness for all residents. Must chose one or more tracks as a goal (addiction recovery, mental and physical health, employment and education).
Services provided are evaluation, goal-setting, referrals, educational groups, advocacy and follow-up.

Interim Housing Community has a capacity of 35 individuals each night (24 men and 11 women)
