Southwest Chicago PADS provides referrals, information, evaluation and outreach services, housing placement assistance, limited one time financial assistance for first month of rent or security deposit, Homeless Prevention Assistance if available, Case management, linkage to supportive services, medical care and wellness management, mental health support, addiction treatment, supportive and independent housing. Medical Assistance are assessment and treatment referrals and cost free prescription drugs.
Winter overnight shelter provides dinner, showers, clothes.
Summer day shelter provides breakfast, clothing, toiletries, showers.
