Aunt Martha Park Forest is an Emergency Housing and Safe haven that provides immediate needs relief and assistance in obtaining permanent housing. Outreach services provides crisis intervention, access to emergency shelter, survival aid, health care and HIV prevention education and assistance in obtaining permanent housing.
Transitional Housing offers life skills, emotional support, assistance to obtain a more independent living arrangement and care coordination.
