Serving People in Need (SPIN) – Scattered Site Family Emergency Shelter offers emergency shelter in 11 scattered site units. Services are provided in English and Spanish and are free of charge. Provides referral to community resources such as counseling, medical and child care, legal, disability and fuel assistance, educational and financial services.
