Lowell Transitional Living Center offers emergency shelter and food, case management, supportive services, assistance with housing search, rapid-rehousing program, assistance with obtaining identification documents, access to health care, education, wellness and nutrition and linkage to rehabilitation services. All services can be accessed even after obtaining permanent housing.
