Housing Assistance Corporation (HAC) offers the following programs:

Scattered Sites shelter in scattered apartment units is able to house up to 20 families at a time.  Services provided are case management, assistance in obtaining permanent housing, case management for individuals,  assistance with employment, health and wellness services, substance abuse prevention. This program provides services currently for about 55 individuals.

Homelessness Prevention for Individuals and Families provides rent and utility financial assistance in case of eviction or shut offs.

Outreach Program provides information about services and assistance with finding housing. 

Housing Search Program provides assistance with securing permanent housing. They are the premiere agency in Cape Cod doing it.

Affordable Housing Development buys and covers former motels and homes into affordable housing units.

Classes and Counseling on financial literacy, home buyer education, foreclosure counseling. Requires pre-registration at least one week prior to starting classes.

HAC Energy offers weatherization services and energy assessments.
