YMCA Cambridge offers the following programs:

Tanner Residence operates 103 single room occupancy units. Emergency shelter for up to 10 families at a time providing support services.

Girls Only Leadership Development (GOLD) Program provides mentoring, challenging standards of beauty and stereotypes, social media safety and ways of expressing online, healthy relationships, financial literacy and public speaking.

Summer Day Camp offers counseling, recreational activities, nature social skills, racial & Social Justice Advocacy, community conversations, sister to sister  and health education.
