Bridge Over Troubled Waters has the following programs:
Street Outreach and Mobile Medical Van providing medical services, survival kits, clothes, food and referrals to other services.
Runaway Program offering 24 hour hotline, counseling and overnight accommodations.
Counseling and Support Services providing initial intake, appointments for follow up counseling sessions and referrals to other services.
Transitional Day Program (TDP) offers drop-in center providing meals, showers, access to lockers, laundry facilities, case management, assistance with obtaining vital documentation such as identification cards, transcripts, CORI records, life skills workshops and community dinner.
In-House Medical and Dental Clinics providing free medical and dental services.
Education and Career Development Program giving alternative high school degree classes, guidance counseling, financial aid incentives, open employment search hours and employment training in soft skills.
Emergency Residence (ER) offering short term transitional housing program, intensive counseling, case management and winter shelter.
Transitional Living Program (TLP) is providing long term transitional housing for up to 12 individuals.
Single Parent House (SPH) is the only program of this kind in Boston providing transitional housing for up to 11 families.
