Sharing and Caring Hands – Drop-In Center (SCH-DIC) provides shelter, eye examination and glasses, shoes, vouchers to obtain state ID and birth certificate, vouchers for homeless men obtaining place to stay, bus card and token for newly hired in permanent employment.
