CAP Community Action Partnership of Scott Carver & Dakota Counties (CCAPSC&DC) provides housing programs, nutritious food and thrift store program which includes donated gently used clothing and household items, early learning program, energy assistance, health and nutrition care services, school readiness activities, social services and seniors food assistance, breastfeeding support services, counselling, referral services, childcare and welfare services.
