Family Promise of Bergen County (FPBC) new leaf transitional housing program in apartment units, case management, employment, education and financial literacy as well as savings plan.

Post Shelter Program: continued case management and limited financial assistance for one year.

Family Promise Network: shelter.

Services provided: safe shelter, three meals a day, support.

Nancy S. Woods Family Center: showers, laundry facilities, computers, case management, educational opportunities, employment resources, affordable housing search, transportation services, daycare.

Weekend Program: shelter during the weekend.

Walk-in Dinner Program: dinner , special meals for Thanksgiving and Christmas.
