Catholic Charities Diocese of Trenton – Mercer County Emergency Assistance (CCDT-MCEA) provides the following.

Community Food Pantry- 3 meals a day for 3 days of each household member.

Clothing and Household Goods- Clothing Closet.

Holiday and Seasonal Assistance- Easter, Back-to School, Thanksgiving and Christmas meals and supplies.

SNAP Assistance ( Food Stamps)- outreach, education and enrollment in the program for interested individuals.

Medi-Cool Program- provides 5,000 BTU air conditioning units.

Prescription Assistance- financial assistance for medication and medical supplies.

Project Hope- employment readiness, health and wellness education, life skills training.

Supported Work- employment seeking skills training.

Homeless Prevention Program- housing units, rent, mortgage and utility assistance.

Rapid Re-housing- locates affordable housing units and provides 3 to 6 months of financial assistance, case management, skill development.
