Emergency Shelter:
Provides sleeping accommodations in private rooms with beds, bureau, a sink and vanity and a closet. They also provide a shared kitchen, TV room, dining room, playground, bathrooms and a learning center.
Services : crisis intervention, life skills training, case management, parenting skills group, financial literacy, GED prep, mental health treatment, employment readiness skills development, nutrition classes, homework assistance, art and fitness classes. Assistance with transportation to appointments, referrals to additional services
Transitional Apartment Program:
Provides independent living, life skills training, case management, other supportive services.
Outreach and Aftercare Program:
Provides case management, crisis intervention, budgeting, referrals, advocacy

Emergency Shelter:
must complete a telephone screening with United Way 2-1-1 and be placed on the waiting list
must respond within 2 hours when called from the shelter when an opening is available
must provide:
birth certificates
other forms of identification
health insurance cards (if any)
financial and housing history records
Transitional Apartment Program:
must have successfully completed the emergency shelter program
must provide required documentation (call for information)
