DESC – Main Shelter (MS) provides overnight shelter and dinner, drop-in center providing refuge, hygiene facilities, mail and phone services, clothing, information and referrals, also provides mental health, outreach, case management, mental health counseling and substance abuse treatment, primary care and follow-up services.
