Homeless to Housing Programs provides 60 beds, 20 for employment development, 20 for recovery and community reintegration and 20 for pathway to housing.

Services provided : support with permanent housing, employment training, respite care, healthcare coordination, wellness programs,recovery and community reintegration, rental assistance, rapid re-housing, linkage to community services, community kitchen, food re-distribution, support services for veterans
Weekly Workshops
“All Under One Roof” On-Site Programs & Services : “Keys to recovery” program, AA groups, assistance with enrolling to benefits, case management, individualized service plan, 3 meals a day, outreach, housing retention, hygiene support, employment development, meditation, support groups for men and women, mental health and social services workshops, re-entry programs, relapse prevention, Step Up! Program, supported employment, rapid re-housing program

-crisis and recovery emergency services (CARES) – alcohol, drug and mental health services

Community Kitchen : 3 meals a day for residents, food distribution
Screening, Referrals & Coordinated Community Partners : referrals to shelters, health care services, domestic violence services, Housing Authority, outreach, education and more
Interim Housing program and Healthcare services : Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8:00am – 12:00pm

General requirements:
Must agree to be clean and sober at all times
TBC clear
Proof of residency in Santa Barbara County for the last 6 months
Meet the homelessness eligibility criteria
Be willing to work to fulfill the goals set while in the program
Homeless to Housing Programs requirements:
must pass screening test
must remain sober
must save 70% of income
Respite Care Program
requires referral from hospitals or Health Needs
Contracted Services Beds
referrals from mental health care providers and Special needs
Winter Shelter Program
must pass initial screening and assessment
must be and remain sober
