Park Center East (PCE) provides the following.
Affordable housing – houses/apartments, supported living and homeless shelter.
Services provided: staff on call 24/7, rental assistance, full time maintenance staff, transportation services, welcome home kits, recreational activities, access to all other programs and services.
Emerging Adults Services – psychiatric rehabilitation (skill building, social integration and recovery workshops) and housing (supported living and therapeutic living).
Services provided: occupational therapy, art therapy, recreational therapy and tutoring.
Supported Employment: job readiness, job search assistance, on-the-job training, continued support, mock job interviews, resume building assistance.

Affordable housing- must be sober for at least 6 months or 3 months if in treatment; must be able to pay a monthly rent of $300 – $400 and daily living expenses.
Supported Living- requires Tenn-care insurance; must be able to pay a monthly rent of $500 which includes food and utilities ; does not accept sex offenders.
Homeless Shelter- must be literally homeless ; must secure income (job or benefits) ; after having income must pay 30% for rent.
Psychiatric Rehabilitation- requires Tenn-care insurance.
Housing- does not require insurance or income.
Both programs- do not accept sex offenders/a past of sexual acting-out behaviors / individuals with intellectual disabilities who have an IQ of less than 70.
