Homeless Youth Connection provides the following:
Host Family program which offers shelter, food and sometimes transportation services.
Empowering Youth For The Future (EYFTF) program which offers basic needs which includes clothing, food, hygiene kits, school supplies, case management, linkage to resources for medical care, counselling, and tutoring services as well as housing if needed, life skills training, mentoring services and various classes such as college preparation, cultural diversity, fiscal literacy, independent living skills and employment and career development as well as teen exchange program.

Must attend high school in districts served by HYC
Must enroll in the McKinney-Vento program at their school and
Must be substance abuse free
