Emergency shelter – West House and Casa Amparo offer shelter, food, apparel and other basic necessities.
Legal Advocacy – protection orders, safety planning, court preparation, victims rights, referrals to lawyers and more.
Referrals – clothing and financial assistance, housing, employment, medical assistance, DES, counseling, parenting services, victim compensation and more
Children’s Services – advocacy, groups and safety planning services
Domestic violence education
Outreach – crisis intervention, 911 phones, safety planning and more
Wings of Freedom Transitional Housing – housing and access to other programs and services
Wings of Freedom Permanent Housing – housing and access to other programs and services
West House has a 30-bed capacity and Casa Amparo has a 14-bed capacity. The Casa Amparo is operated entirely by bilingual (English and Spanish) staff. Wings of Freedom Transitional Housing fees : must pay rent 50% of earnings, up to $350. Also 50$ deposit. Does not include utilities.

Eligibility Requirements for Transitional Housing:
-600$ minimum monthly income
-must be either employed or engaged in any educational activity
-surviviors of domestic violence, single women or women with children
Eligibility Requirements for Permanent Housing:
-survivors of domestic violence single adult with or without children
-must have established safety
