Provides transitional supportive housing, laundry facilities, resume building, employment search, savings plan, case management, substance abuse counseling, mentoring, mental health counseling, life skills training, after care, assessments, food and nutrition education. Recreational activities, supportive services, linkage and referrals to community services.

Letter of homelessness – must include the date when client became homeless and why
