Affordable Housing and Permanent Supportive Housing –
Services provided within the permanent housing units are case management, motivational interviewing, assistance with maintaining housing, mental health therapy, nurse visits, medication management, psychiatry, peer support, referrals to community resources
Project 25 – provides subsidized permanent housing, intensive case management, medical care.

Therapeutic Childcare
The Village Family Health Center- evaluation, addiction treatment, individual, group and children’s therapy. Physical and mental health care services. Specialty care( ophthalmology, optometry, internal medicine, gynecology, dermatology and neurology), diagnostic and lab tests. Full-service dental clinic, dispensary, enrollment in Medi-Cal
Career and Education Development – employment skills, computer literacy, adult education, GED readiness
