Threshold South Outreach program provides assertive outreach, psychiatric care, referrals, transportation assistance, advocacy, clinical engagement, assistance with applying for public benefits.
Youth & Young Adult Services includes supported education and employment programs, life skills and career development.
The Mothers Project Transitional Living Program (TLP) provides 24-hour supervised facility, support, case management, individual and group therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), skill training, psychiatry and medication management support, parenting, supported employment, education, crisis intervention and daycare.
PATH provides support, case management, housing access benefits assistance, psychiatry, parenting and daycare.
Emerge program offers individual and family therapy, social skills, career development, peer support, care coordination, supported employment and education, psychiatry and medication monitoring, mentoring, financial assistance, individualized goal development and appraisal.
