Connections for the Homeless programs are the following:

Outreach
Overnight Shelter and Drop-in Center : provides food, clothing, showers, access to showers and computer
Case Management
Re-Housing : assistance with long-term housing search, advocacy, financial assistance with rent, security deposits and subsequent rent payment (when funds are available)
Supportive Housing : long term rent subsidies, case management
Rental Assistance : for approximately 20 working families, childcare, training, counseling services(for education and career)
Residential Program : capacity of 5 young men ages 18-24
