Agape Missions NFP offers a permanent/supportive housing, HIV Counseling and testing, transportation to medical appointments, referrals to physicians, hospitals, laboratories and pharmacies, medication resources and assistance such as MAP (ADAP) and PAP (CHIC), food vouchers, access to food pantries, budgeting and financial planning assistance, referrals to lawyers and legal organizations, education and prevention, program for high risk individuals, medical and correction case management. Walk-ins and appointments are accepted.
