Provides a 7 days lunch ticket. Must meet with a case manager to receive services after the first week.
They provide breakfast and lunch, shower, a change of clothes, telephone, message service, referrals.

Case managers can provide referral and connections to community resources apropriate for each individuals needs.
Support and education groups
Is divided in two support groups: Group Hope and Sarah’s Circle.
Services provided : Bible study, art program, support groups, classes.
Employment training
Program is build on four one-hour sessions with an employment case manager.
Session one : interview on personal and employment background as well as career testing
Session two : assistance with obtaining skills in written communication, resume building and Illinois Skills Match and applications
Session three : assistance with obtaining skills in oral communication, interviews and positive interactions
Session four : assistance with obtaining skills in team building, problem solving, reliability and attendance
Program is free, participants are assigned to a job with a regular schedule at the CP. This experience will be used as a reference to obtain stable employment later on.

Women’s Transitional Housing. Services provided : case management, relationship building, advocacy, monitoring.
All rooms are checked each week.
Men’s Transitional Housing Program
Services provided :case management, relationship building, advocacy, monitoring.
All rooms and apartments are checked each week.
Addiction Recovery Graduate Housing:
Safe and supporting transitional housing program.
Services provided : case management, skills training, guidance and support.
Veterans Transitional Housing
Services provided: employment, mental health, addictions, budgeting and financial planning classes, transportation, clothing items and other needs, case management.
Mental Health Housing
Services provided: case management, recovery planning, internship program.
Employment Housing
Services provided: internship program, evaluation and feedback, skill and ability development, referral.
Permanent Supportive Housing
Service provided: professional broad and holistic case management services
