Midwest Shelter for Homeless Veterans, Inc. provides transitional housing, supportive services, affordable housing, community outreach, permanent supportive housing, case management, rapid re-housing program, housing stabilization services, linkage to VA and mainsteam benefits, limited temporary financial assistance, employment program : resume and employment readiness and placement, vocational counseling, mentoring and thrift store.

Requirements:
180 days of active service
No dishonorable military discharge
Diagnosis or symptoms of PTSD, substance abuse/dependance, other mental health issues
Preffered abstention from drugs and alcohol for 30 days
Able to pass a breath test and drug screen at the time of admission
Must not have been convicted for sex-related crimes or have a history of violence or aggressive behavior.
