Housing Navigator Program
Provides assistance with obtaining permanent housing, advocacy, case management, benefit establishment, linkage to mental health and substance abuse services as well as stable housing and supportive services.
Detox Program
Provides treatment, individual and group counseling. Education, intervention, case coordination, referrals.
Extended Care:
Residential Treatment – substance abuse treatment
Transitional Housing – independent living, counseling and treatment
