ABCD provides scattered site shelter, housing counselling, housing and homelessness prevention program which includes counselling, referrals and workshops, foreclosure prevention program, head start and early head start programs, foster grandparents services, energy assistance, free tax preparation assistance and free youth summer programs, holiday meals, food stamps/SNAP assistance and food pantries, health care services, immigration services and youth services.
