Sharing and Caring Hands (SCH) provides shelter, hot meals and bags of food, beds, showers, furniture and transportation assistance, medical and dental care services, educational assistance, rental support services and other miscellaneous needs, children programming and assistance with obtaining housing as well as after-school program.
