Provides housing, support, case management, linkage to mainstream benefits, education re-engagement, employment services
Rapid Rehousing Program
Provides financial assistance and services to prevent clients from becoming homeless and assist those who are to obtain housing
Life Skills Training:
Provides classes on self-esteem, parenting and child development, community resources, financial literacy, health and safety, coping with stress, healthy relationships
Teen Pregnancy Prevention
On-the-job training – 5 weeks paid job placement
Job readiness training – 5 weeks
Clinical Services:
Provides individual and group therapy – anger management, healthy relationships, conflict resolution, families talking together, teen pregnancy prevention
Basic Skills Training – life skills, living and parenting skills, social and communication skills
Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR)
Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT)
