The Center for Great Expectations (TCGE) provides permanent supportive housing and residential treatment program, child development center, roots to recovery program which offers psychiatric care, medication management, family services, parenting classes, relapse prevention skills, HIV/HEP C testing, group counseling and therapy services. S.T.A.R.T. (Supportive, Trauma-attuned, Attachment Based, Recovery Treatment) offers in-home parenting support, substance abuse disorder treatment, case management and parent-infant mental health counseling.
