South Central Community Action Programs(SCCAP) provides shelter, healthy foods and housing program, case management, early learning program, scholarship and employment assistance, support circles and weatherization program, health care and social services, breastfeeding and nutrition support services.

The Franklin County Homeless Shelter is serving individuals although families are serves as space is available, length of stay is typically 14-30 days. The Adams County Homeless Shelter can house of up to 10 families at any given time.
