Housing – affordable transitional housing, supportive services, assistance with applying for permanent housing, subsidized rent assistance, counseling, medical, disease and resource education, mental health support, medical monitoring, harm reduction planning, relapse prevention, financial coaching, employment skills and referrals. Life and social skills training. Children programs, computer lab, telephone access, food pantry on-site and community center.
