Provides free primary medical care, medical and vision exams. Medication assistance, referrals to other services as needed, assistance with enrolling clients in public assistance programs
Rainbow House
Provides shelter, transitional housing, case management, permanent housing search assistance, 6 months follow-up.
Vineyard Social
Provides screening and intake, rent, utility and security deposits financial assistance, hygiene products distribution, referrals to clothing, referrals and information to additional services. Winter clothing, jackets and blankets as well as case management
Rustic House
Provides transitional housing, case management, permanent housing search assistance, financial assistance with first month’s rent, security and utility deposits, furniture and household items, 6 months follow-up services
