Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF)- assistance with obtaining housing, assistance with retaining housing and case management.

HEN- rental assistance and essential needs support.

CHG (Consolidated Homeless Grant)- rapid re-housing, short term rental assistance and housing stability case management.

EFH (Ending Family Homelessness)- assistance for TANF eligible households.

HF (Home Fund Housing Assistance- eviction prevention assistance and limited move-in consts assistance.

HARP’S- rental assistance and referrals to community resources, early childhood services and food bank.

Emergency Services- assistance with rent, utilities, energy, prescriptions, gas, public transportation and other basic needs, meals on wheels, weatherization services, employment opportunities and energy assistance.
